Learnify is designed to deliver an optimized learning experience, connecting students, educators, and educational organizations effectively. Our platform is built using advanced technologies, ensuring security, flexibility, and user-friendliness.

With a mission to support comprehensive online learning and training, Learnify includes features such as lecture management, course creation, question banks, exams, and robust communication and reporting tools. The system has been successfully adopted by numerous organizations and enterprises, delivering substantial practical value.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Learnify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms outlined in this document. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service, please discontinue your use of the system immediately.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or supplement these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website or directly communicated through the system. Your continued use of Learnify after updates signifies your acceptance of those changes.

To ensure effective and lawful use of Learnify, you agree to:

• Not use the system for unlawful purposes or in violation of current laws and regulations.
• Use the system solely for the purposes specified in this document.
• Provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it in case of changes.

Digital Innovation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Usage Rights

Learnify grants users rights to access the platform and its features for online training purposes, including:

• Learners: Access to courses, study materials, and exams corresponding to registered content.
• Teachers: The ability to create, edit, and manage educational content such as lectures, tests, and questions.
• Administrators: Management of the entire system, including user accounts, course configurations, and tracking learning progress.

These rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be revoked in case of violations. Users must ensure that their use of Learnify does not violate laws or infringe upon third-party rights.

1. User Obligations and Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during account registration and usage. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Digital Innovation is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.
• Legal Compliance: Users agree not to use Learnify for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
  • Uploading content that infringes copyrights or is inappropriate.
  • Interfering with system operations or causing harm to other users.
  • Distributing malicious software or harmful tools.
• Cooperation: Users must cooperate fully with Digital Innovation in case of system issues or investigative requests.

Digital Innovation reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including suspending or terminating access, upon detecting violations.

1. Content Guidelines

• Permitted Content:
  • All uploaded content must comply with laws and not infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Content must serve educational and training purposes and must not promote hostility or discrimination.
• Prohibited Content:
  • Content that violates laws, including violent, discriminatory, or hateful materials.
  • Content infringing on privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Files containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for content they upload or share on Learnify. Digital Innovation reserves the right to remove any violating content without prior notice.

1. Responsibilities of Digital Innovation

• Data Security: Digital Innovation is committed to protecting user data in compliance with the Privacy Policy. Personal information is used solely for operating and improving the system.
• Maintenance and Upgrades: Regular maintenance ensures system stability and efficiency. Notifications about maintenance will be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
• Technical Support: Our support team addresses technical issues via email or hotline during business hours.
• Liability Limitation: Digital Innovation is not responsible for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party attacks.

1. Privacy

Learnify is committed to safeguarding user privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.

• Data Collection: We collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and related details during registration and usage.
• Data Usage: Personal information is used to provide services, support users, enhance the system, and send important notifications.
• Data Sharing: Learnify does not share personal information with third parties unless consented to or required by law.
• Data Storage and Security: Personal data is securely stored and protected using modern security measures.
• User Rights: Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting Digital Innovation at info@dion.vn.

1. Termination of Services

• By Users:
  Users can terminate their use of Learnify at any time by contacting support to deactivate their accounts. Upon deactivation, access to the system and associated content will be revoked. No refunds for pre-paid fees will be provided.
• By Digital Innovation:
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:
  • Violations of the Terms of Service.
  • Intentional harm or disruption to the system.
  • Illegal use of Learnify.

Upon termination, users lose access to all associated content, data, and resources on Learnify.

1. Security and Liability

• Security Measures: Digital Innovation employs advanced measures like data encryption, firewalls, and access controls to protect the system. However, we cannot guarantee immunity from cyberattacks.
• Liability Limitation: Digital Innovation’s liability is limited to the amount users have paid within the past 12 months.

1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Vietnam.
